Twelve months of attentive support . Over 12 months we will explore three themes,

• self-mastery

• leading others

• leading your business

drawing on psychometric tests, interviews with key stakeholders and observations of interpersonal dynamics.

In two full day off-sites at the start and middle of the programme we will synthesise what you are hearing and observing and trial new ways of being and working. Giving you time and space to anchor the changes you wish to make.

Either side of these deeper conversations, we will progress your goals through a series of seven 90 minute coaching conversations.

Six months of retained coaching support including monthly 90 minute coaching sessions.

Whilst we are working together you will be front of mind. We are likely to exchange emails or whatsapp messages between coaching calls. I might check-in with you, send you a resource or prompt you for an update. You might share what you’ve been working on.

An intensive 6 weeks of coaching, assessments and interviews with your team. Uncover the most impactful areas to focus on in your role to achieve your business goals.

This is delivered through assessments, interviews and fortnightly coaching calls but will only required 2hrs/fortnight of your time.

Transform your leadership as Founder CEO in just six months, working one-one with a coach whilst being exposed to the different perspectives and experiences of your peers.

Personal growth requires you to put yourself in situations where you are out of your comfort zone, be exposed to different perspectives and have space to synthesise and apply what you are learning.

This programme, alongside the challenges of being a Founder CEO of a growth business, provides those conditions.

We will meet once a fortnight, alternating one-one coaching and peer group coaching sessions. Alternatively, bringing in fresh perspectives to expand your thinking and processing and applying what you’re observing in your own business.

You’ll work with a curated group of 3 - 6 founders over a six month period.

We’ll meet one-one for 90 minutes, twice. At the start to set your goals and again towards the end of the six months to embed the work you’ve been doing.

The group will come together for 2+ hours a month . In-between those meetings you’ll have your founder group and me there for accountability and support.
