Working together with your founder coach, bringing in the perspective of your team and others whose opinion you value, you will:

  • Assess your strengths and weaknesses

  • Explore how members of your team view your leadership performance

  • Identify and evaluate your critical areas of development

  • Identify your business goals for the next 6-12 months

  • Set the most impactful development goal for you and your business

This is achieved through a series of fortnightly one-one coaching sessions, interviews with key members of your team, a strengths assessment and business goals survey.
