Group Coaching

Who’s it for?

Group coaching is for founder CEOs looking for a sense of community, camaraderie, and accountability while working on themselves and their business.

It’s a smart way to incorporate a diversity of thinking into your decision-making process, and improve your powers of inquiry and reflection.

What is group founder coaching?

Group founder coaching programmes are designed around a small group of between 4 and 6 founder CEOs, and take place over the course of 3, 6, and 12-months.

Groups are carefully curated so the founders within them are pursuing similar goals, are at similar stages of growth, and face similar business challenges.

What does it involve?

Group coaching follows a structured, facilitated process to ensure every participant gets the most out of the experience, and each participant’s unique perspective is leveraged for the benefit of all taking part.

You’ll begin with a one-to-one strategy session with your coach. Together, you’ll explore:

  • your end goal(s)

  • your business realities and challenges

  • your role within your business

  • your motivations for change

Your coach will facilitate a series of impactful group coaching conversations, where you’ll collectively discuss ‘live’ business challenges you face while progressing your individual goals.

Insights from your peers and your coach empower you to reassess your leadership approach and incorporate new perspectives into your decision making.

Your Investment

Group coaching comes in many forms with Aata and generally takes place across a six month period. Depending on whether it is pure group coaching or a mix of one-one and peer group work you will want to set aside 2 - 4 hours a month as a base-line.

What results can I expect?

Clarity.

Group founder coaching is for you if you’re a founder CEO seeking the perspectives of other founders on a similar journey to your own, as well as the insights of a professional coach.

Defining development goals, understanding your strengths and weaknesses, and encountering new perspectives from your peers enables you to focus your self-development efforts for maximum impact.

Confidence.

With clarity comes confidence. Tools you learn from your peer group and through coaching (improved powers of reflection, inquiry, and increased self-awareness to name a few) results in consistently sound decision-making.

Community.

Group founder coaching is an excellent way of creating a supportive community and mutual accountability.

As fellow founders of ambitious impact businesses, your peer group understand your mission, support your passion, and appreciate your continuous evolution to achieve it.
