Who’s it for?

If you’re a female founder CEO looking to become a better, more conscious, leader running a more sustainable, impactful business – founder coaching is for you.

Founder CEOs often seek founder coaching at a critical point of transition in their entrepreneurial journey. 

The exact nature of that transition is unique to every founder CEO. It may involve a transition in your business, like successfully navigating the differences between Seed and Series A investment. Or a more personal transition, like managing imposter syndrome while building a sustainable business that plays to your strengths.

What is one to one coaching?

Coaching is a one-way relationship, wholly defined by you. The change(s) you wish to make and the goals you set for yourself define the programme’s content, duration, frequency, and intensity.

Your personal goals are progressed through a series of confidential coaching conversations with your coach, who listens without judgement, and whose only interest is you being at your best.

Aata’s one-to-one coaching programmes are typically between 6 and 12 months in duration.

What does it involve?

You’ll begin with a strategy session to codesign your coaching programme. To clarify your thinking and sharpen your focus, you’ll explore:

  • your end goal(s)

  • your business realities as a female founder

  • your role within your business

  • your drivers and motivations for change 

You’ll leave your strategy session with a clear sense of direction, and the basis of your coaching relationship.

Through a series of impactful coaching conversations, you and your coach will progress your goals in real-time, while working through challenges and issues you face in your business activities. 

Your coach assesses your ways of thinking – offering compassionate challenge where appropriate – empowering you to become more aware of your impact, and test new ways of being that better serve you and your business.

Your Investment

You’ll get the most from our coaching work together if you can give our sessions your full undivided attention. This may mean carving out time before and after our session so you can be in a good headspace for our work together and have space to put it into action afterwards. Two and a half hours a month is a good amount of time to ring fence.

In-between sessions, you can check-in, provide updates as much as it helps progress your coaching goals.
